I wear a size 10.5 in vans rowley style 99's, and have about a half-thumb width from the tip of my big toe to the end of the shoe. What size should I get in these nikes? Thanks.

They fit very similar to Rowley 99's. SO go with a 10.5, if you want the same amount of room you have in your shoes now. And if they don't fit, you can always send them back.
