Hey, The only hardware that comes with the board are the clips that hold the board together. You'll still need the Voile Universal Split Interface: http://www.voile-usa.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=1100-U&Category_Code=Voile_Splitboard_Hardware
