I'm 5'8" and 125 pounds. Should I go for the 147.25 or go for the Torstein pro? I want to be able to boot it off larges but i still want to be able to jib nicely and butter.

Go for the 150.5 I'm 5'10 150 lbs. Love my 150.5. Great for boxes and rails as well as cruising off the big booters. Went 70 mphs last year at Beaver Creek. Had an iphone speedometer app to tell me my speed. Got pretty noodlily but it held strong as long as you know how to snowboard. Great for spinning and flips. I don't catch my edges on boxes either which is a huge plus. Love the new Lock-n-load camber.
