I am 5'7" tall and 220 pounds. No, not pot bellied, but barrel chested with short legs. I surf in Maine, where waves are mostly 1-3' and more often than not, sloppy and choppy. I surfed a ton as a teenager, then took 30 years off. I have been surfing a Bic epoxy to get back in, but deciding between the biscuit (need size recommendations) or the 8' 7S Fish II Epoxy. Any thoughts? Better ideas?

Judging by your stats, you would probably need to get a 6'2 or 6'4 Biscuit epoxy. Go here to get an idea of what kind of size and volume you need http://cisurfboards.com/suggested_boards.php
