The Bonfire Mt. Hood is a highly waterproof (20k waterproof rating) shell jacket - that's why there is no mention of insulation. The 2012/2013 Sessions Truth jacket (http://www.dogfunk.com/sessions-truth-insulated-jacket-mens) has a moderately waterproof 10k rating and a medium amount of insulation at 80 grams. So the Mt. Hood will be more waterproof and the Sessions Truth will be warmer.
