I'm 5' 9" and around 160, about a 33" waist....

I'm 5' 9" and around 160, about a 33" waist. Do these fit small or large, or pretty true to size? I was going to order some tan lines in medium last night but I waited until today, and now they're sold out. would large be way too big?

Ah man I hate that! The larges will be big/: you could obviously make the waist work with a belt but they'll lose that tailored fit and look baggier as well as the length of the pant. Sorry man, maybe the mojito?
