Hey I've got a sizing question. At 6' 155 lbs, should I go for the Large or XLarge if I want to be able to wear a mid weight sweat shirt and tshirt under it, but still have full range of motion for bending to do straps or getting some of those weird grabs without busting a seem, but also still be slim-ish fitting and not real baggy.

Last year I had the AirBlaster Freedom toaster, and liked the fit all around of the Large but the sleeves where too short, just as a comparison

You're kind of on the fence as far as sizing. You could probably pull either off. If it was me I'd probably try the large. I'm 5'11 155 and I wear a size large in Holden jackets. I wear a hoodie under it and still have good range of motion. Holden does a good job of cut and design so the jacket moves with you, not against you. Hope this helps.
