Whatup Nick, I'm 6 feet/155 lbs as well, and I own the large. It's baggy when I wear it with street clothes, but with snowpants and crap on it looks like a regular fit. If you want it to be baggy with snowpants then you could totally go with the XL no probs. XL might be too big to wear with street clothes though.
