L1 Thunder Pant - Men's
I wear size 28/28 in regular jeans so what size should I get...

I wear size 28/28 in regular jeans so what size should I get in these? plus what would be a good slim and cheap boot for the L1 thunder pants to go over? right now I have 32 Lashed and they are big and bulky.

Depending on how slim you want em, you could go with XS or Small. These puppies fit on the small side. As for boots, unfortunately most boots are pretty big and bulky up top. Speed lace boots tend to be slimmer up top, though some think they're dorky. I got my hands on the 12/13 Burton Imperial last year, AWESOME and comfortable boot that worked great in the park and all over the mountain, and it had the Speed Lace system that was slimmer up top.
