how do you get the eva footpad off once you have snapped it onto the binding after its mounted to the board?

You just force it out the way you pushed it in. Dig your fingers under the heel, pull up and "snap shap!" Slide it forward and out. Done. If your worried about it wearing out, don't. I was at first but I'm on my third year on some shakas. Taking them off regularly to wax and service my gear, they still snap back into place. I'm fact I'm buying another pair. Not because my current ones wore out, but I could use the simmer down canting feature for my beat up knees. Hope this helps. Plus they are bindings. Feel free to wreck em like a man.
