Guys i am really considering selling it for a smaller board. I am 6'0 boot size 10.5 and weight in at 170-175 . I fluctuate between 160-185 during seasons because i lift a lot of weights. I cant seem to learn on this board, i borrowed my friends burton 155 and was doing amazing on it. Should i sell the 161.5 for a 157, will i see a huge difference in turning. It is so hard for me to turn on the 161.5.
Thanks!

How tall you are on a board makes a big difference. Should be nose to chin level. I think Nose is freeride and chin is freestyle.

There are a lot of things to consider when buying a new board. First of, the problems turning with your 161.5 is probably partly due to the size, like you said, but it equally has to due with the type of board. The t.rice made for people who want to charge like rice. It's stiff and designed designed so you have to put effort into turning. Also what type of riding do you do? If you ride park you should definitely size down. Overall, i would say size down AND get a softer, easier to turn, board.
