For one, the internal padding has been reduced to be thinner in certain areas and cut out completely in other areas. This makes the helmet lighter and more ventilated as well. The padding is strategically placed to be where you need it only. and of course, the aesthetics have changed.

It is extreamly low profile. The most slimming of the RED helmets. I run this, you will love it. Lighter and better than the 2008 version.
