Hmm not sure what size board I need. I'm 5'3 and I weight 103 pounds. Some charts say I need a 133 and then others say a 140. I'm a rookie so I'm thinking smaller is better, but do you buy a board based on your height or weight?

Weight for sure. the 131 is the board for you. The 131 is for a rider who weighs 65 - 120 lbs. The 140 is 70 - 130 lbs. Either will work just fine.
