they are way more comfortable than flows, I used to use 390's and i rode all day without pain, when you have them strapped in you don't even feel them yet they are extremely responsive, definitely better than flow

BristolMTBoarder stole the words right outta my mouth. These bindings are responsive as hell and you don't feel them one bit. The padding is amazing, and the ankle strap stays out of the way when you're putting your boot in the binding. I'll never buy another brand of bindings again.
