How does this jacket fit, baggy or otherwise?...

How does this jacket fit, baggy or otherwise? I was looking at the 686 vitals cubic shell and both reviews said it fit kinda awkward. I normally get a medium in jackets/hoodies, I'm 5'9, 180, with a 39 inch chest. I'm not looking for the ultra baggy look.
