This is more of a mid-flexing board. No doubt you can press it and jib with it, but it is designed to be a stiffer jump board. The regular stairmaster is more of your jib stick. That's what I ride and it has a nice soft flex. It jibs like crazy. But to get back to your question yeah the stairmaster extreme is a good park board, just not your super noodly jib-specific board.
