I'm 5'11 and about 175 lbs and I am wondering what size I would be that is loose (non-restricting in arms) but not super baggy or huge?

I worry a Large would be too long in the sleeves and wide overall...I have an Analog Ironman sweater in a Medium and it fits a bit bigger, so I am not sure to use that as a reference or not
