I'm a newby to this site so i may not know, but the cost is saying $24.72 but when i add it to my cart it totals at $49.95. Which cost is it?

Only certain sizes are on sale for $24.72. Dogfunk does this quite a bit actually. It is usually sizes that are either one extreme or the other, i.e. size 28 waist or size 38 waist.
