Depends on how you like to wear your jacket. I'm 6'2", 185lbs and wear a large. It has plenty of room and and sag on my frame. The XL will be pretty long on you and will definitely have enough room, while the XXL will be gangsta huge on you. If you like more of a traditional fit without much sag, the large would probably work for you as well.
