Just how long are these pants? I have really long legs and usually get 26 or 27's in a long. Also how true to size are they?

If these pants came in Short, Regular or Long I would classify them in the category of Long. I ordered the Dark Metal Blue color & wear a women's regular and had to hem about 3 inches of fabric off.
