Wow you have big feet for riding such a small deck lol. Well usually you would fit a s/m biding on something that small. Its all in the waist width. If the deck has a waist greater than 235, then it usually runs a m/l binder. But if it is smaller, than usually its a s/m. So if the Manual is greater than 235(23.5cm) then you are golden. If not, you will have to find a wider deck to fit the bindings. Or get smaller bindings
