Easiest way to do exchanges around here is to purchase the new jacket you desire and then send the old one back for a refund. If you do not want to do that you may send the old ones back for a direct exchange but it may take 2-3 weeks for the new item to be shipped out. You will need an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number for either route.
