i just got size 7 thirty two lashed boots....

i just got size 7 thirty two lashed boots. the official sizing for these in the m/l's starts at 8, but the smalls for these on the website goes from 2.5-5.5 (which makes no sense to me by the way). would you recommend i get the m/l or the s/m?
