Large will fit pretty good and be a little baggy through the chest/body... you will want a large for the sleeve length.

Or XL cause the length of your arms are long. I'm 6' and run the Large.

Do the XL. a Large won't be baggy at all and will prob be too short in the arms and torso when you bend over to strap in, bail and snow goes up your back, etc.
