what are the dimensions of the neff highback backpack; does it have adjustable straps so you can wear it like a regular backback?

Its a backpack for the highback on your binding (the thingy that goes behind your leg) so it is really small like 7 inches by 5 inches or something. I got one last year and it is soooooooooooooooooooooooo sick!
