In short, you have to get a toe ladder and telescoping toe plastic piece to fit in the other end of the cap strap. From there, its really a matter of what binding you have as to how you fit it to the non-Burton tray. Usually you can just drill a small hole in both the toe ladder and telescoping ladder and that a bolt can go through your tray.
