Despite the banner on the homepage, gift certificates are not emailed instantly. Rather, they must be reviewed by a staff member during business hours before they are sent. This could mean anything from a 10 minute to 6 hour lag depending on what time your order is placed. I'm still waiting almost 4 hours later . . .
That's kind of a no-brainer. Of course they have to process your order. If they didn't then what kind of retailer would they be to just let any order through without checking out the legitimacy? Not a good one, i can tell you that. They don't outsource they're work force (GO 'MURICA!) so you have to consider that they can only process your order immediately if they're open. So try not to be ordering your shit past 11pm.
