Ranked #34 - Boys' Pants and Shorts
January 9, 2009
My son is 10 and skinny - 50 pounds a little over 4 feet tall. We always have trouble buying him pants - he usually wears size 8 in jeans and the waist is still large - he's a rocker not a homie. Anyways we got him these boys (not youth) cargo pants for riding in a size small (according to suggested sizing from Burton's website). They fit well in the waist with the velcro adjusters but wouldn't you know it they're a little on the short side when worn right at the waist. I guess it's better than his size smalls from ONeill that he can do up under his arm pits and they still slip under his boots when he walks. All in all the cargos in irish green look sharp and keep him dry plus the bottoms won't get wet when he walks through puddles on the way to the lift in the spring.
