I love these pants. I'm 5'10 155lbs and the mediums fit great. Length is a little longer then normal but that's the style right, baggy. Comes with a removable inner liner, which are some nice heavy sweat pants. They have pockets and can be warn as pants by themselves. As for the shell, plenty pockets, main pockets with Velcro and zippers, keeps your keys safe. Wore them in -5• plenty warm as well as water proof.
