These are the most comfortable bindings I have ever owned. I had a pair of "The Fives" that broke after a couple of days so I upgraded myself to these. Best decision of my life. When I have these bindings on it's like my foot is part of the board, there is no "strap pull" or uncomfortable pinch. The bindings are quick, easy, flexible, stylish, and comfortable. If you are new to flow bindings it might take a little while to get acclimated to them, my brother tried my board on and it took him an hour or so to adjust to the feeling of being in the binding without a strap pulling you down.
