Very Narrow for larger boots

I wear a size 9 - 9.5 snowboard boot (size 8.5 in regular shoes) and I could barely squeeze my new boots into the medium bindings. My old boots won't fit in these bindings at all. DO NOT GO BY THERE SIZE CHART!! Other than that, the binding seem ok. I have only used them once (in icy conditions) and it was with a brand new board and new boots so everything felt a tad off...
