This boot was the most miserable boot I have ever worn. It pinched my foot the entire time on the mountain so bad that I had to stop often and take them off. My foot felt like the bottom of it was on fire and ready to burn off. The boa system was great, but that was it.

dude...he told you that would happen. you can't expect a decent boot to feel good the first day...! tough it out, wear it in. i ride every day and it took up to a month for my boots to stop hurting my feet. c'est la vie, n'est pas?

It's true, the boots do take a while to break in, and it really is more like your feet getting used to the boot. Take them over to your local shop and get them heat molded. That will cut down on the break- in time. But in all honesty, if you want to be a serious rider then you need a serious boot. Trust me, man-up and get through the break-in period, spend a day just hangin out and watching movies in them. .. you will love them soon.
