Too Loose and See through

I bought this shirt thinking oh cool kinda like what vin diesel wears in Fast And Furious, nope not really it is white and a short sleeve v neck but its very thin, I can see my nips through it and it just hangs off me. I ordered a small for a tight fit since I usually where a medium but this is like wearing a poncho, tight in the sleeves and neck but the body just hangs there. I probably wont wear it ever.
