This bag is great! The straps are comfortable on my shoulders, they don't dig in. The bag is big enough to carry all my stuff including laptop, wallet, notebook, books, flashcards, etc. The laptop padded side is good, but don't expect your laptop to be completely protected (just be careful and don't throw your bag down). I have gotten many compliments on the style and pattern of the bag. It's my favorite bag right now and I take it to work and everywhere else!
