Nikita sweater dress runs large

I'm 125lbs 5'4 got a size small and was swimming in the arms and chest section of the dress. There's a lot of extra material in the upper arm and shoulder. I won't exchange it for an XSmall because there's also a ton of extra material around the neck and it makes my head look tiny.This dress would definitely be flattering on a full figured woman.
