I hate to say this.....

But these bindings did not work for me. I have a big foot and I could not make the proper adjustments needed to make the bindings fit and trust me I tried! I had to suffer that day and eventually switched out my Flows for my Freestyles. Just couldn't get right!! Great binding for smaller footed riders though;-)
