don't know what to do with this jacket

I was happy with the design of this jacket untill I've found loose threads on the back. Contacted dogfunk and their are happy to replace it or refund my money. The problem is it is a hassle to ship it back from Australia and I needed this jacket for our mid-winter, it will take a long time to exchange the item and our winter will be gone. Even though I am not happy with the quality I still ware it and I could be bothered to return it.
