These headphone have sick sound, I feel like I'm in a car with a nice system 24-7. But when running or even walking I have to stick the cord into my headband or pony tail so it doesn't jerk down every step/bounce and make a "heartbeat". (sound of the heavy cord tugging)
but if you're just riding in a car I'm sure they'd be legit, and amazing colors.
skullcandy backs most of their stuff up w/ a lifetime warranty. Happened to my Skull crushers and they warr'd them. Give them a call, 3 wks is a special circumstance, they should help out.

These headphones are really good but they broke on me the first 3 weeks
