LOVE THESE!
I made a major binding upgrade this season, going from burton citizens to escapades! I cant believe I didnt do it sooner. I wear a size 8 in burton boots and I got a medium in these bindings. Perfect fit!

I agree with Jen. I wear a 9 shoe, but a 7.5 boot and use the large as well.

if you wear a size 8 you should for sure be going with the large binding. The medium will work, you will have to adjust the straps make them a little larger and pull out the base plate a little, but a large is a much much better fit. I've had both the large and the medium and i prefer the large.
