When it comes to goggles, you won't find better lenses than Oakleys. I've been rocking a pair of A Frames for the past 4 season that were starting to show their wear a bit. I went out and checked out a new set of A Frames, the Oakley Splice, some Crowbars, along with a few from Anon, Smith, etc. The A Frames have always fit my face well, but I didn't get amazing peripheral vision with them. The Splice was better, but pinched my nose a bit. The Crowbars gave by far the best peripheral vision out of the three. The frames are a little bigger on my face compared to the A Frames (obviously) but make up in the amazing periph. They fit great with my Bern Watts helmet too.
Like I said earlier, you won't find a better lens than an Oakley goggle, and these are no different. The Fire lenses are amazing on bluebird days, but be careful in shadowed areas (like in trees) or on darker days. I got a HI Yellow lense to go with these goggles for the lower light days on the mountain, which I highly recommend. Plus the HI Yellows look sick with the color scheme of the Kass.
