I Love almost everything about these pants, they kept me warm and dry for the most part. There is one small design flaw that I found annoying though. The rear zippers are not waterproof/resistant and the left one doesn't even have a flap over it. So what was happening was when I would sit down on the slope, snow/ice would accumulate on the zipper, then melt and moisture would then get into the lining of the pants. Now, I did'nt get soaked by any means, but it was enough to be annoyingly noticeable.
The vents are great, plenty of pockets, the ziptech feature is awesome, they fit perfect (I am 5'8", 150# and the small fit me best, tried the different sizes in the outlet), and other than the back zipper they kept me dry.
I hope volcom fixes the zipper issue in the next iteration of this pant, then they would be perfect.
