I absolutely love this helmet. It is the most comfortable one I have ever worn! Most one size fits all women's hats are too big for me. The size small helmet hits me like a glove! I have hit my head REALLY hard in this helmet and no cracks or breaks at all. I have cracked other helmets before. This has saved my life I am sure. The vents are GREAT! If my goggles start to fog a tad I open my vents and it helps my goggles out and my head! there is an adjustable support in the back to help your head fit just perfectly.
