Overall these bindings are alright. I used to have the 2006 versions, which were great, but then they broke. At first these started out a little stiff and i have to admit they didnt seem as durable as my 06's, but after a couple of weeks they are working like a charm. Plus i got the replacement part for my 06's so i can use those too. I'm really not sure why this other guy is a cry baby because A) This is a good binding and B) you can easily get replacement parts for very cheap
