not the same fit

I had the these pants last season and i was hoping to get a new pair coz they were really cool. but i tried on the same size i already have and they were tighter so and i didnt want to get a size bigger coz they would be too long so i didnt end up getting them. these are supposed to be a sig fit but they seemed to be getting smaller. very disappointed
