Sizes run small

I ordered a 23.5 (American size 6) and it fit waaaaay too small. I have really small feet too! Sometimes I wear 5.5 shoes, so these boots definitely run small, so I'm trying a size bigger to see if it's any better. Seems like a good boot though..

I have the same foot size, exactly! I ordered the next half size up (24/ size 6.5) and they were still waaaaaaay too small. I sent them back.
