Sole rips pretty big time

The shoe is a nice and confy shoe, but the sizing of that one is crap. I wear 8 usually and thats what I got but they fit like 9's. Also, the sole rips but PRETTY BADLY. I had to fix that shit with some shoe goo on both shoes. 1/3 of the sole gets ripped that sucks.
