Yes, definitely size up a bit! I'm usually a 3, but I know Billabong pants run small, so I sized up to a 5, and I can still barely shimmy into them. However, once they're on, they're awesome. They're super-stretchy, like leggings, so they show off your legs and slip into boots really easily.
