Gear Review
flimsy

I have owned cartels for now 2 seasons. Burtons design for their highback has just two flimsy screws holding the plastic high back on their binding. After about half a season of serious riding they start to loosen and dont re tighten. you foot starts to click and un click the high back support.

no more clicking sound try that....the reason why the screws wont re tighten is because they are already maxed out

most likely its not the high back support screws that are making the clicking noise....its the high back lean bar clicking back and forth on the back on the binding...so what i did is i took a thin piece of electrical tape and taped it to the back of the binding where the high back lean bar makes contact
