I bought these on a Thursday. On a Friday I collided with a friend of mine (who I could see perfectly out of the spherical lens, the crash was his fault, not mine, I was in the air) at 45+. I hit him then the ground with my big fat face that the Prophecy's fit nicely. I got a pretty good black eye, and some attention from the ladies, but what I was really concerned with was how my sick looking new goggles had handled the wreck...
Not a scratch on the frame or lens! These things went to bat for me, actually I was the one that felt like I was hit with a bat, but they protected my face, and still look fresh to death!
I have a top offering from almost every goggle company out there, and every time I put on my Smith Prophecy's I think, "why can't the optics in all my goggles be like this?"
