Not good protection, but better than nothing.

I snowboarded with these for two weeks, after already having done one week of snowboard.
These are definitely an improvement, and they make sure your ass won't be so sore you can't ride the next day, but falling with these is definitely still quite painful.
I fell ALOT. my ass hurt ALOT. Undoubtedly, it would hurt alot more had I not worn these, but had I known the actual quality of these - I wouldv'e coughed up another 20 or 30 dollars for some real ass protection.
I'm a skinny guy, I need bum protection, These pads do not make the grade, sadly. I don't have a basis for comparison, but I still can't recommend these.
